Yoga for Peace

Yoga for Peace—ONLINE

with Marianne Linn

In a world that rarely slows down, this practice is an act of peace — with yourself, your breath, and the present moment.

Come as you are and let yourself arrive fully. In this deeply nurturing practice, we begin by sinking into restorative and yin yoga — settling into each pose for several minutes at a time, supported by props and guided by the rhythm of the breath. This is your invitation to turn inward, to soften, and to reconnect with yourself as a felt sense experience.

As we move deeper into the practice, we open into pranayama and meditation, weaving together breathwork, guided meditation, mantra, and sensing the energy body. Some evenings we will journey into Yoga Nidra — Conscious Sleep — where you are welcome to rest in Savasana or settle into a seated posture and simply be.

This practice is for everyone, whether you are brand new to yoga or have been on the mat for years. By gently awakening the parasympathetic nervous system, each class creates space to release stress and anxiety, leaving you feeling quietly restored, deeply still, and at home in yourself. 🌿
