Spring Equinox Sound Journey
Cleansing • Restorative • Intentional • Renewing
Step into the turning of the season with an immersive Spring Equinox Sound Journey at True Nature. As day and night come into balance, we gather in a sacred pause to cleanse, restore, and awaken our intentions for the months ahead.
Join Sound Therapist Pat York for a deeply nourishing 2-hour experience of resonance, reflection, and renewal—gently guided through practices that open the body, deepen the breath, and align the heart with your highest vision.
The Spring Equinox is a threshold: a moment to release what has grown heavy and welcome new light with clarity and purpose. Through movement, sound, and stillness, we harmonize our inner frequency with the emerging season.
Pranayama 101 (IN PERSON)
This hybrid Pranayama 101 workshop is a three-session series introducing the practice and physiology of yogic breathing.
Through a focused, three-session, once per week series, Marianne guides you with teachings and practices, investigating how and why practicing pranayama is one of the best things we can do for great health.
Pranayama, the science and practice of cultivating awareness of breath and developing healthy breathing, leads to the harmonious functioning of our brain, nervous system and internal organs.
Practicing even a few basic skills with good understanding can lead to a calmer mind, healthier body and brighter spirit. Mastering a few techniques can make an important difference, and open the door to a lifetime of benefits, as developing strong functional breathing can deeply affect our long-term health and how well we age.
We will explore the sensations of breathing, retrain the muscles used in respiration, and refine our sense of the movement of breath and energy throughout the body and beyond.

Yoga for Peace
In a world that rarely slows down, this practice is an act of peace — with yourself, your breath, and the present moment. We will settle into restorative and yin yoga, letting the body soften and the mind grow quiet. From there we move into pranayama, meditation, and mantra, before resting into the deep stillness of Yoga Nidra. Come and remember what it feels like to simply be at peace. All levels welcome. 🌿

The workshop is playful, fun and intimate - it deepens the connection as we tune into our partner's breath, posture, and movement while the simple fact of companionship in movement creates safety and joy.

Valentine Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in the soothing embrace of harmonic sound on Valentine’s Day.
With Pat York
Let the resonance of sound carry you into stillness, connection, and a profound sense of ease.
Whether you come with a partner, a friend, or simply to nourish yourself. This deeply restorative sound bath features the shimmering harmonies of Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal bowls, gongs, and a rich tapestry of resonant instruments designed to awaken feelings of love, connection, and inner peace. For centuries, cultures around the world have used sacred sound for relaxation, healing, and transformation.
As these vibrations gently move through the body, they invite the nervous system to soften, the mind to quiet, and the heart to open—creating a blissful, meditative state that supports emotional balance and well-being. You are welcome to recline comfortably on the floor or settle into a chair, allowing the waves of sound to wash over you.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring anything that supports your comfort such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, or ear protection for sensitive ears. This is more than an auditory experience, it is a full-body journey into deep relaxation and renewal.

Kirtan
Kirtan
Kirtan is a practice that uses singing and chanting, often repetitive, to connect with something spiritual. It's designed to enhance mindfulness and spiritual connection, a feeling of being linked to something greater than oneself. The repetitive nature of the chanting creates a meditative state, similar to how focusing on your breath during meditation can help quiet the mind. Connecting with the Spirit Within: Through this meditative state, Kirtan is believed to help people connect with their own inner spirit or essence.
