The Rectangular Yoga Bolster from Kakaos has been in production for over twenty five years. The bolster is assembled in the U.S and filled with a blend of regenerated cotton and polyester. The cover is made with a durable 100% Cotton fabric that can easily be removed for cleaning. This meduim density bolster weight is about 6 - 6 1/2 lbs and 24” x 6” x 11” in size providing optimal support for restorative yoga and prenatal yoga. This bolster is perfect for placing lengthwise along your back in Shavasana to help deepen relaxation and open the heart chakra. Bolster measurements will be slightly larger upon delivery as the bolsters are new but will settle over time. You can remove excess filling if you prefer a softer yoga pillow. The regenerated process is a mechanical process where cutting and clipping from the clothing industry is turned back into fibers for filling cushions. We make the bolster cover a little larger to accommodate shrinkage after first washing.
