We’re excited to welcome Lori Fink, a seasoned movement educator, who brings over 30 years of experience to her teachings. Lori leads Qi Gong, an ancient practice of gentle, flowing movements that cultivates balance, vitality, and inner calm for all ages.

Salt therapy, or Halotherapy, is a type of therapy that involves breathing in air with tiny salt particles to improve breathing and potentially aid in relaxation. A device called a halogenerator is used to break down salt into tiny particles, which are then dispersed into the air of the therapy room. The salt particles are small enough to enter the lungs and may help repair skin cells and protect against aging and infection.
