True Nature is a wellness center located in Carbondale, Illinois, offering yoga, sound healing, dry salt therapy, and other holistic practices. Our mission is to support physical, mental, and spiritual well-being in a welcoming community space.
What types of classes and services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of classes including varieties of yoga like vinyasa and even chair yoga. We also offer sound meditation and workshops. At True Nature, we also provide various wellness services such as dry salt therapy, massage, and private healing sessions
I’m new to yoga. Can I still join your classes?
Absolutely! Our classes are open to all levels, and many are beginner-friendly. Our instructors will guide you with care, offering modifications and support to help you feel comfortable and confident.
How do I sign up for a class or session?
You can find the steps to sign up directly in our website. We use Momence, a platform to help us to book our sessions, where you can make class or membership payments and see our products. We are happy to help you in the process. If you cannot sign up before the class, we accept walk-ins! Just come on in 20 minutes before the class starts so we can get you set for your class.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat (if you have one), and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We have mats and props available if needed. For sound sessions or salt therapy, you can simply arrive and relax.
Do you offer any discounts or memberships?
Yes! We offer flexible class packs, monthly memberships, and student discounts. We also have special promotions and gift certificates available throughout the year. Follow this link
