Gentle Slow Flow Yoga

Hatha Flow & Breath
Saturdays @ 8:45 AM
A breath-centered practice that begins and ends with intentional breathing to cultivate calm, focus, and greater awareness. In a gently warmed room (about 80°F), you’ll move through a moderately paced sequence that blends steady holds with mindful transitions, building strength, mobility, balance, and coordination. Each month includes a new theme, with options, props, and occasional light hand weights (2–5 lbs) offered so you can meet your body with curiosity, ease, and confidence.
Heated Vinyasa Yoga

A strong, energizing practice in a heated room, linking breath and movement through a steady sequence of postures. With an emphasis on detail, precision, and alignment, you’ll build strength, stamina, and flexibility while moving with mindful intention. The warmth supports mobility and deeper ease in the muscles and joints, helping you explore your range of motion safely as you sweat, reset, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.
Om Flow

A balanced slow flow practice infused with the healing power of sound. You’ll explore steady movement and held postures while gently adding vocal tone to the exhale, using vibration to deepen body awareness, soften tension, and support the nervous system. The practice ends with a long savasana accompanied by live music, leaving you feeling clear, grounded, and deeply at ease.
Salted Yin & Chakras

A deeply nourishing yin practice held in a salt room to support skin and respiration. You’ll explore long-held, floor-based postures while bringing attention to the seven energy centers along the spine, using breath, sound, and mindful awareness to soften tension and invite balance. Suitable for all levels and ages, including those recovering from injury, with props and wall options offered to help you settle in safely, comfortably, and at ease.
Salted Yin Flow

A slow, meditative yin practice in our salt room, designed to soothe the nervous system and open the body gently. You’ll move gently and settle into longer-held postures designed to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints, helping release tension and improve mobility. With steady breath and mindful attention, this class invites a downshift into the parasympathetic “rest and restore” state, leaving you feeling calmer, clearer, and deeply relaxed.
Warm Hatha Flow

A steady, all-levels hatha practice in gentle infrared warmth (about 80°F). You’ll move through foundational postures at an unrushed pace, focusing on alignment, core strength, and mindful presence with time to settle, refine, and breathe. Props and modifications are always welcome, with occasional light hand weights (2–5 lbs) offered for added support and strength.

Yoga Sculpt

A high-energy, full-body workout in a warmly heated studio (80–90°F) that blends yoga postures with strength training.
