We’ll begin with a gentle, heart-centered yoga practice at 1:00 PM, designed to release tension, reconnect you with your body and create space for calm and clarity. Yoga helps improve flexibility, reduce stress and support overall well-being—making it the perfect way to ground and reset.
At 2:00 PM, we’ll transition into a deeply restorative sound healing experience, where you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of instruments like Himalayan bowls, gongs, quartz crystal bowls, and chimes. Sound baths are known to promote deep relaxation, reduce anxiety and help bring the nervous system into a state of balance—allowing your body and mind to fully unwind.
